The last couple of years has been…a lot. To cope, we’ve all been collecting rolling pins for failed sourdough, puzzles done a million times, and sweaters that used to fit. This has all been leaving us feeling a little—boxed in. So, we boxed up all the $*#t we really don’t need, and we gave it to people who could benefit from it.
Everyone at GreenRubino contributed more than 26 boxes, resulting in $2,300 in donated goods. We collected a wide variety of items including pants, electronics, cookware, and one nun’s habit. These items went to multiple charities and left us all feeling a little lighter and ready to take on the year. If you’re looking to unburden yourself, we highly recommend you box some of your stuff up, and give it to those in need.
