Business Manager

GreenRubino is a fully integrated advertising agency looking to add to our team of smart and talented Account Managers. We strive to build relationships with clients that lead to long and successful partnerships. The Account Manager is at the core of this relationship, ensuring the agency’s work is driving toward our clients’ success. What you’ll do:

  • Build your clients’ business through delivery of work that generates results
  • Be the connection between the client and the agency, and between all the teams within the agency
  • Serve as our in-house expert on your clients and their industry
  • Develop integrated plans, encompassing traditional, digital, earned, owned and paid channels
  • Execute the day-to-day deliverables
  • Partner closely with creative, media, marketing sciences and web teams—building a strong team environment and ensuring work is on-strategy and within guidelines
  • Inspire and motivate all team members
  • Balance multiple clients and projects for those clients
  • Begin to develop skills to manage, mentor and coach Account Coordinators
  • Work with the Account Director and Account Coordinator for added support and direction
  • Track time and hard costs to ensure projects are on-budget and account is financially sound

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Proficiently manages integrated campaigns from digital to video to social media and traditional media like tv and OOH
  • Is responsive, detailed and organized, almost to a fault
  • Has excellent people and relationship-building skills. Ability to function as both a member and a leader of the team.
  • Manages budgets, timelines and scope
  • Strives to be indispensable to our clients
  • Is curious about industry trends and continues learning of the client and marketing solutions
  • Is a problem solver and go-getter
  • Can communicate articulately and is comfortable making decisions and operating both independently and with the larger team
  • Pivot easily from one thing to another
  • Can navigate challenges and think critically under pressure
  • Strong time management skills
  • Natural leader
  • Has 4+ years of agency experience
  • Is nice. No a**holes need apply
