Marketing Science / Analyst

GreenRubino is seeking a savvy Marketing Science / Analyst with a deep understanding of marketing channels and data analysis who has the ability to both uncover insights necessary to form strategic recommendations to achieve business results and communicate those insights clearly and effectively.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to speak about technical solutions with a complete understanding, but most importantly will able to translate that to all different types of audiences and speak confidently through presentations and collaborations. The candidate must be familiar with various forms of marketing data including, website and quantitative and qualitative research; possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences; have a passion for data to uncover insights and opportunities to improve client business and marketing campaign successes.


Job Duties

  • Work with stakeholders to help define business drivers, goals, KPIs and actionable marketing outcomes using research and data.
  • Define the analytics, tracking and measurement plan for marketing campaigns and websites, based on established client goals and objectives.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation.
  • Develop and inform optimization strategies for online and offline channels.
  • Provide data-driven insights that help influence and support campaign strategies and our approach to integrated marketing efforts across internal agency departments.
  • Create and manage custom measurement dashboards that capture key metrics and surface data points in a way that is simple for internal teams, stakeholders and clients to understand.
  • Serve in a client-facing role by leading monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations to clients and key stakeholders on the results of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects or large / complex streams of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage analysts and be responsible for workload and requirements of team
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure campaign tracking is configured and working as expected.

  • 5+ years advertising agency experience in marketing and advertising analytics required.
  • Experience with Datorama, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with ad buying tools (Google Ads, DoubleClick and Facebook Ads) preferred.
  • Experience conducting quantitative or qualitative research and/or social listening a plus.



  • Degree in Marketing, Business with a technical focus preferred.
