When Avanade, a fast-growing IT consultancy, had just emerged from a branding and strategic update, they needed a website that demonstrated their Microsoft prowess. To cement their position as an enterprise technology innovator, the site was built using the latest Microsoft technology, including SharePoint and Silverlight. Their revamped brand was brought to life online with the rich, interactive homepage feature of “Straight Talk,” a straightforward and conversational way to engage the enterprise market across the globe—made even more crucial with the now 110 pages of content that needed to be localized into eight languages. The comprehensive site overhaul took nine months to complete and now Avanade is well on its way to staking out its leadership in enterprise technology.
