Selling the amenities and mystique of the luxurious Bellevue Towers homes in downtown Bellevue is rather straightforward. Selling it during a somewhat tumultuous economic climate is something completely different. Bellevue Towers came to GreenRubino to help part the clouds (insert harp music here). Underneath the thematic “2 towers, 5 stars”, we created smart and elegant ad glimpses into the towers’ luxury residential amenities in the heart of Bellevue’s urban neighborhood. Built with a strategically aligned awareness campaign including print, direct mail, social media, media relations and events, GreenRubino helped to close sales from 50% in April 2012 to 81% sold in November. The sales keep coming, but that last $6 million penthouse is still open for any takers.
