We’re looking for an award-winning Creative Director with an innate curiosity about the entire digital creative space and understanding of various online marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should be a conceptual, creative problem-solver with experience creating, executing and supporting full digital and integrated campaigns. This role will primarily focus on developing digital marketing programs ranging from social and display media to user experience and apps; candidates must be able to multi-task, lead teams and manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the candidate should be able to develop collaborative relationships with team members, communicate clearly and act proactively. This position will report to the Executive Creative Director.
- 7+ years experience creating digital-first, marketing/advertising campaigns; agency experience desired
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay on top of digital trends, research, innovations, etc.
- Proven experience defining digital strategies and guiding development of campaign assets and content for cross-platform, paid and earned, digital campaigns
- Expertise in concepting for digital channels (social, web/display, email, etc.)
- Experience leveraging data to develop and shape digital and creative strategies
- Collaborative, creative marketer with strategic vision
- Hands-on design, production and digital platform experience. Adobe Creative Suite desired, portfolio required
