When the FDA revised the rules for blood donations to be more inclusive for gay men, our own John Rubino was first in line to donate.
He has since gone back in early June 2024 for the 6-month anniversary of the FDA rule change and the kick-off of Pride month to donate blood at Bloodworks NW in Seattle.
Through all of the press this story received, Bloodworks has garnered more than 300,000 views and reached a digital and broadcast audience of more than 207,500,000.
