This website is operated by GreenRubino (the “Company”). It is a marketing site for our advertising and marketing services. We use it to provide information about our agency, to receive inquiries, and to improve the site.

Notice at Collection

Categories we collect:

  • Identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone) when you submit a form.

  • Internet / device information (pages viewed, browser and device characteristics, general location inferred from IP) via analytics and server logs.

  • Communications you send us in form free-text fields.

Sources: Directly from you (forms); automatically from your device (cookies, logs, analytics); and from our service providers (e.g., anti-spam).

Purposes: Operate and secure the site; respond to inquiries; measure and improve performance; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law.

Disclosures: To service providers/contractors that host the site, provide analytics, security and anti-spam, or help us manage inquiries (e.g., CRM/email). We also disclose analytics data to Google via Google Analytics 4 with Google Signals enabled for aggregated reporting. We do not sell personal information. Retention:

  • Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from last interaction (or sooner if you request deletion).

  • Web server/security logs: approximately 90 days.

  • Analytics events (Google Analytics 4): up to 14 months.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide (for example, when you request information or contact us), including your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message. We also collect limited technical data automatically through cookies and similar technologies (such as IP-derived general location, pages viewed, referrers, and timestamps) to operate, secure, and understand usage of the site.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Google Signals enabled to understand aggregate site usage, including cross-device insights and demographics/interest reporting. We do not link GA4 to ad platforms to build remarketing lists from this site. Collection and use of Google Signals data depends on your device and Ads Personalization settings and on your consent/opt-out choices. When you opt out (or send a Global Privacy Control signal), we disable Signals-based advertising features for that browser.

We may also use basic cookies to remember preferences and to protect the site with anti-spam tools (e.g., reCAPTCHA). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

We will respond within the time period required by applicable law (typically 45 days) and may request information to verify your identity.

Opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising:

  • We do not sell personal information.

  • We may “share” personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, such as Google Analytics with Google Signals.

  • You can exercise your right to opt out of this type of sharing at any time by visiting Your Privacy Choices or by sending a recognized browser-based opt-out signal (such as Global Privacy Control) from your browser. When we detect a valid signal or opt-out choice, we disable Signals-based advertising features for that browser.

Washington Residents and Consumer Health Data

This site is not intended to collect Consumer Health Data and we do not use geofencing around healthcare facilities for advertising purposes. If you believe you have submitted health-related information to us through the site by mistake, please contact us so we can address it.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law. Typical retention periods are listed in the Notice at Collection. We may retain minimal records (e.g., request logs) to document compliance and suppression choices.

Security

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
