THE CHALLENGE: Through years of close partnership with Pima Medical Institute, we’ve seen how students aren’t just navigating the classroom—they’re balancing work, family, and, for many, the weight of being first-generation learners. We’ve also seen firsthand how many prospective students approach their education with real doubts about whether they can succeed. That insight fueled the development of Care & Confidence, a dedicated campaign built to explicitly confront those doubts—building belief from the first ad impression to the final enrollment form. The goal: Show prospective students that Pima’s support extends beyond the classroom, setting them up for real-world success.
THE WORK: Enter Care & Confidence: a genuine, student-centered campaign designed to meet skepticism with stories that rang true – heartfelt, emotional, and infused with the confidence these students have found. Through short videos, social content, and digital campaigns, we shared real experiences from real students—spotlighting instructors who cared, programs that launched careers fast, and a community that stuck with students through every challenge. Every element was crafted not just to advertise, but to reassure—to turn hesitation into action.
THE RESULTS: The results spoke as clearly as the students did:
- 32% increase in total leads
- 13% increase in conversion rates
- 49% increase in website visitation
- 7% increase in website-generated leads
