THE CHALLENGE: Kwik Lok, the company responsible for closing more than a trillion bags, had a website that didn’t quite live up to its global footprint. The outdated WordPress site was clunky to navigate, overly dependent on PDFs, and made it hard for customers to find the right products or understand the company’s sustainability and CSR commitments. What they needed wasn’t a cosmetic refresh but a modern digital platform that clarified their offerings, improved usability, and gave their values and innovations the visibility they deserved.
THE WORK: We rebuilt the website from the ground up, beginning with a collaborative discovery process across leadership and internal teams. The redesigned site features a streamlined, responsive interface with clearer navigation and a structure tailored to how users actually search for information. At its center is the new Product Finder: a custom faceted search tool, supported by more than 100 newly built product pages, that helps users locate closures, labels, and machines even if they don’t know what they’re called. We also transformed Kwik Lok’s 32-page CSR report into a dynamic, modular web hub with clearer storytelling, custom graphics, and easier content management.
THE RESULTS: The new Kwik Lok website now reflects the scale and spirit of the company behind the ubiquitous clip. The Product Finder streamlines a once-confusing customer experience, the revamped CSR hub makes the company’s values accessible and visible, and the site’s improved architecture positions Kwik Lok for future global growth. In other words, the world’s most dependable little clip finally has a website that doesn’t sell it short.
