A Historic Change in Blood Donation Opens the Door to More Donors

A long-awaited FDA policy change expanded blood donation eligibility, creating a meaningful moment for our co-founder John Rubino and Bloodworks Northwest.

He has since gone back in early June 2024 for the 6-month anniversary of the FDA rule change and the kick-off of Pride month to donate blood at Bloodworks NW in Seattle.
