LEAD GENERATION MEDIA CAMPAIGN
THE CHALLENGE: Clover Park Technical College needed to raise awareness of its diverse programs and generate high-quality leads to support enrollment growth. With a modest marketing budget, the strategy had to be both precise and efficient — reaching prospective students in native environments and converting that interest into action.
THE WORK: GreenRubino designed and executed a targeted media campaign anchored by the “Trade Up” message, delivering copy dynamically optimized for engagement across platforms. While Paid Search and YouTube played key roles in prospecting, Meta’s lead generation campaigns became a standout driver of results. Using Meta’s on-platform lead forms and precise retargeting, we created a frictionless path for prospects to express interest, capturing hundreds of qualified leads directly in the channel. This approach proved especially cost-effective, consistently producing high-quality inquiries at scale. Campaigns were strategically flighted around seasonal enrollment cycles to maximize return on a limited budget.
THE RESULTS: From March–June 2025, the campaign generated 3.5 million impressions, 33,000 clicks, and 968 total leads, including 419 directly from Meta lead ads. This performance contributed to significant enrollment growth, with Summer 2025 up 18% from 2024 and 64% from 2023. The client credited our insights and execution with sustaining double-digit enrollment growth over multiple quarters.
