THE CHALLENGE: A leading independent commercial real estate firm, Kidder Mathews has grown substantially in the last five years, expanding from the Pacific Northwest where they’ve been established for 50 years to span the West Coast. They looked to us for a rebrand that would position them competitively against multinational firms while still retaining their entrepreneurial culture.

THE WORK: We conducted rigorous research to determine brand assets, strengths, current brand performance and gap analysis. Out of this, we identified what was ownable in the highly competitive landscape. We then developed a new brand platform and new visual identity, and brought it all to life with an updated, contemporary website tailored to meet their very specific needs.

THE RESULTS: The board of directors approved the new brand platform without a single change. And no wonder, in creating a highly customizable and complete set of rebranded materials, we provided Kidder Mathews with the ease and flexibility to create a large range of marketing and branded materials in-house. Now they have everything they need to expand throughout the West Coast and beyond.
